The Cilantro and Lime Vinaigrette is great on salads bringing the zing of fresh cilantro with the zest of limes. It is also a fabulous marinade for chicken, seafood or pork and is terrific drizzled on vegetables like asparagus, green beans or carrots. Try it in a quinoa salad or use it to make ceviche.

Aka Miso
Our organic Aka Miso is rich red in colour and handcrafted from a blend of organic white rice, organic whole soybeans, sea salt and filtered water. It is a longer aged miso, providing the fullest flavour of any of our misos.
Mugi Miso
Our organic Mugi Miso is handcrafted from organic soybeans, organic pearled barley, water, sea salt and koji.
This creamy caesar dressing with just a hint of smoky chipotle is THE ingredient for a superior gluten free and vegan caesar salad. Toss it with roasted potatoes, brush it on garlic bread to add a little extra kick, or enjoy it on a protein like chicken or salmon or added to your favorite sandwich or wrap.

A curried maple twist on the Original UMAMI, this dressing, dip and finishing sauce is made with a nutritional yeast base and our own garam masala toasted spice blend that is perfectly balanced by the sweetness of pure maple syrup. UMAMI Curried Maple pairs well with rice bowls, seafood, pakora, samosas, roasted potatoes, kabobs, warm grain and kale/green salad or any other ordinary food that need a little extra!

- Enjoy UMAMI with just about anything: greens, grains, any protein, roasted vegetables, stir fry and much more!
- Ingredients: Canola oil, apple cider vinegar, nutritional yeast, liquid soy seasoning (soy bean, vegetable protein), distilled water, organic Dijon mustard (mustard seeds, sea salt), pure maple syrup, garlic powder (dehydrated garlic, high oleic sun flower oil).
