While the work on the farm has no limits, we try to keep office hours!   
Monday to Friday 8 - 5.  
As a small farm and business, all of us wear many hats - on the farm, in the packshed, on the road and in the office, so you may not get an immediate response.  We will get back to you as soon as we receive your email or phone message either at the end of the work day or the following morning.
If you contact us over the weekend, we will respond on Monday morning.
