One Bunch Kale Raab, washed and spun dry, chop roughly or leave whole
2tbs soya sauce,
1tsp sesame oil and
One Garlic Clove, crushed
Kale buds and young leaves are easily prepared: simply wash and spin dry, no need to strip out the center stems as they are tasty and tender when they are this young, chop and steam or stir fry them till tender.
Toss them with butter and season to taste, or make the dressing above: simply put all the dressing ingredients in a lidded jar and shake till well combined, then pour over the hot kale shoots and toss gently to serve. Mouthwatering and so good for you!
