Combine the ginger, garlic, vinegar, hoisin sauce and soya sauce in a large lidded frying pan, bring to the boil and turn the broccoli into the mix. Put on the lid and steam for around 5 minutes till the broccoli is tender but still bright green. Serve with the remaining sauce over the top.
