Cauliflower and Turmeric Soup

Directions

1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan. 
2. Saute the Onion till transluscent.
3. Stir in the Cauliflower, Turmeric, Lentils and add the stock.  Bring to the boil and simmer till the Lentils are soft and the Cauliflower is tender. 
4. Take off the heat and blend, or mash with a potato masher if you prefer a more rustic consistency.  Season to taste.
