Cabbage Tops, Simply Done

Directions

1. In a pan of boiling water, blanch the Greens for about a minute until tender.  Drain well. 
2. Heat the oil in a pan, add the anchovies and allow them to ‘melt’.
3. Add the Garlic and gently saute for about a minute till fragrant. 
4. Add the Greens to the pan
5. Drizzle the Lemon juice over them, season with salt and pepper to taste, toss gently together and serve hot.
